This position is responsible for supporting the Project HSE Team, reporting directly to the Project HSE Manager. The role focuses on coordination and implementation of activities related to Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) management across major projects within the energy and infrastructure sectors. The position aims to enhance project HSE documentation, performance reporting, incident management, and support continued improvement towards sustainability and compliance.
Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and improving HSE documentation for the project. Support performance reporting, including compilation and analysis of HSE data and KPI reporting. Maintain HSE databases, documentation, and records associated with the project. Support the investigation, documentation, and tracking of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions. Assist with risk assessments, safety initiatives, and activities focused on continuous improvement. Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project HSE Manager. Qualifications & Experience Relevant QHSE qualifications or certifications are advantageous. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HSE coordination role, ideally within offshore, marine, or energy sectors. Knowledge of IOGP and IMCA standards would be considered an advantage. Key Competencies Strong organisational and documentation skills. Competency in analysing HSE data and reporting on KPIs. Familiarity with incident investigation processes and risk assessment methodologies.
