Department OverviewThe North America Large Contracts Credit team is looking for a Project Financial Analyst who will provide critical support for the financial reconciliations of our largest customer projects.
Job Description

This role will be on a hybrid schedule based out of our Chicago office, applicants should expect to be in office twice times per month

 The Project Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

Ensuring projects are accurately logged and related revenue is recognized

Review validity of orders for release and processing

Work with project billers and collectors to ensure timely billing and cash collection

Adhere to accounting controls and participate in quarterly SOX testing related to the completeness and accuracy of project population and financials

Assist in month end, quarter end, and year end closing activities

​Candidates fit for the role must be:

Detail oriented, accurate and autonomous, able to meet deadlines

Inquisitive and proactively seek opportunities for improvement

Comfortable with communicating cross-functionally

Facilitate collaboration with internal finance team members as well as external business groups and customers

Skills:

Strong Excel skills, includes Vlookups, Sumifs, pivot tables, etc.

Finance and/or accounting knowledge

Familiarity with Oracle is a strong plus

Familiarity with Salesforce is a strong plus

Target Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's Degree required and 1+ years experience in a finance or accounting related role(s)

Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position
