Project Executive – Mission Critical Construction (Data Centers) Location: Onsite (5 days/week) Employment Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 base salary Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Project Executive to lead multiple large-scale, mission-critical construction projects, with a strong focus on hyper-scale data center infrastructure. This senior leadership role requires proven expertise in large commercial construction, strategic planning, and team leadership, along with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities + Provide executive oversight for the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple hyper-scale data center construction projects from preconstruction through completion + Partner with preconstruction teams to develop accurate estimates, competitive bid strategies, and constructability reviews + Integrate self-performed civil and underground construction activities into overall project execution plans + Develop and review preliminary and master project schedules + Lead, mentor, and manage project managers, project engineers, and senior field leadership + Collaborate closely with clients, designers, consultants, and trade partners to ensure project success, mitigate risk, and strengthen long-term relationships + Participate in client-facing activities during pursuits and bidding, including scope clarification, proposal presentations, and project interviews + Ensure projects meet or exceed budget, schedule, quality, and safety expectations while complying with all regulatory requirements + Implement project controls, reporting, and risk management strategies to proactively address schedule and cost challenges + Oversee project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and executive-level reporting + Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to pursuit strategies Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (required) + Minimum of 10 years of experience in large commercial construction; mission-critical and data center experience strongly preferred + Extensive leadership experience overseeing complex, large-scale construction programs + Strong working knowledge of construction project management tools, including Bluebeam Revu, Excel, AutoCAD, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), MS Project, P6, Google Earth, Google Drive, and MS Teams + Ability to break down complex construction operations into logical, executable sequences + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives, clients, consultants, field teams, and government agencies + Ability to successfully pass background, drug, and alcohol screening requirements #M1 #LIAH1 Ref: #431-IT Tampa System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
