Program responsibilities in Schedule Management:
+ Responsible for Schedule Development with its maintenance including Scope/Cost Management
+ Develop WBS, IMS project schedules for multiple programs across multiple sites, program teams, and suppliers
+ Leads and guides the team on the development of IMS (which includes inputs, outputs, requirements for updates and timing), baseline the IMS, track the status regularly and reporting the schedule assessment on a weekly basis
+ Develop and establish common techniques, requirements and methodologies to perform critical path analysis and analyze schedule health using 14 point assessment
+ Mentors team to develop IMP for critical programs, identify "what-if" scenarios and potential impacts
Basic Requirement:
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related work experience
+ 4-6 years of experience directly related to Project Management and/or planning & monitoring on product development programs
+ Expertise in MS project or similar project management/ planning software
+ Demonstrated experience translating complex SOW to WBS, formulating an IMS, as well as following EVMS system descriptions from initial creation through scope completion
+ In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP project systems
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills (including presentation)
+ Project cost and schedule management. Ontime milestone tracking.
Additional Qualifications:
+ knowledge/ experience with resource planning, scheduling, metrics management, financial data compilation and analysis, and earned value-based reporting
+ working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ERP project systems
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills (including presentation)
+ Ability to positively influence others
+ Ability to work with large, remote and diverse teams in a matrix environment
+ High bias for action and integrative problem-solving skills
+ Highly motivated; goal and results oriented
+ Consistently delivers quality results on time, regardless of complexity
+ Demonstrated ability to deal tactfully and confidently with customers /personnel at various organizational levels in independent and often stressful and ambiguous situations.
+ CAPM Certification desired. PMP Certification preferred.
