Role Overview: The Project Engineering Manager / Site Coordinator will lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities for high-voltage (HV) transmission projects. This role ensures technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and effective site execution across all engineering disciplines.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage engineering teams across all HV disciplines, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Conduct and oversee design reviews, technical approvals, and interface coordination between stakeholders. Ensure full compliance with relevant utility standards and regulatory requirements, including documentation and reporting. Coordinate daily site supervision activities, ensuring smooth execution across electrical, civil, and mechanical disciplines. Manage Requests for Information (RFIs), inspection scheduling, and site progress reporting. Monitor and enforce Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering. Minimum of 15 years of experience in high-voltage transmission projects, including site coordination and engineering management. Proven leadership capabilities with strong stakeholder engagement and team coordination skills. In-depth knowledge of HV systems, utility standards, and construction site protocols. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
