Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Engineering Manager to lead the engineering delivery of mining capital projects for Tier 1 clients

The role focuses on DFS studies, sustaining capital works, and NPI packages, with responsibility for coordinating and overseeing multi?discipline engineering teams. This opportunity is also well suited to a Lead or Principal Mechanical Engineer looking to step into a broader engineering leadership role.

Key Responsibilities Overall accountability for engineering delivery across multiple projects Lead the engineering scope for DFS, sustaining capital, and NPI project packages Manage engineering schedules, deliverables, and technical quality Act as the primary engineering interface with: Clients Internal project managers Discipline leads and stakeholders Ensure compliance with client standards, safety requirements, and engineering best practice Support project risk management, constructability, and value?driven engineering outcomes
