The selected candidate will support a team of professionals as they perform systems, hardware, software, and project engineering to maintain and support the management of Autonomic Logistic Information System (ALIS) / Operational Data Integrated Network (ODIN)Tech Refresh, DMS Management, Product Sustainment, and metrics reporting to ensure an effective and integrated support strategy is in place and executed daily. Responsibilities will also include analysis of engineering production workflows for process improvement, compliance with LM policies and procedures, as well as coordination with Program Management, Contracts, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, Systems Engineering, Information Assurance, Deployment and external sources to ensure program contractual delivery dates are met.
Other key responsibilities:
• Preparation for and participation in Monthly/Quarterly reviews
• Providing weekly status reports to senior leadership and customer representatives
Position will have a direct relationship with the customer and will frequently engage with various program stakeholders across the F-35 enterprise.
This position will require some travel.

Must be a US citizen. This position requires special access, and a Secret clearance updated within the 5 years to be considered.

Basic Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge in ALIS/ODIN functionality
• Demonstrated project engineering experience with understanding of the total lifecycle (e.g. architecture, requirements, system design and analysis, integration, and verification) for complex hardware/software systems
• Highly motivated individual with the ability to continually learn and expand F-35 process knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work well with team members across multiple organizations
• Proficient at networking and developing working relationships
Desired Skills:
• MS or BS in Software, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering (or similar STEM discipline)
• Experience with:
- F-35 ALIS development, sustainment, testing, and integration processes
- F-35 Air Vehicle subsystems and their interaction
• Must be willing to mentor junior-level team members
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
