You could join our mission to create a nation of Cereal Lovers! **Position Summary** We’re launching a major transformation project to expand our Staverton factory and significantly increase production capacity. This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in a high-impact, multi-year capital investment. We are seeking a **Project Engineer specialising in Packaging Equipment** to lead the delivery of high-performance packaging systems required for this large-scale factory expansion. As **Project Engineer – Packaging Equipment** , you will be responsible for the planning, design, installation, and commissioning of end-of-line packaging systems. This includes product conveying, filling machines, cartoners, case packers, palletisers, and associated automation. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure the packaging systems are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget—supporting CPW’s commitment to quality, efficiency, and innovation. This is a full-time, fixed-term opportunity with flexible working arrangements depending on the project phase.
