Job Description
As a Senior Project Engineer specializing in metal fabrication technologies, you will drive the development and delivery of efficient, cost-effective manufacturing processes across Rockwell Automation facilities. This role focuses on identifying and implementing best-fit fabrication methods, maintaining and sharing process standards, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize tooling, equipment, and uptime.
You'll support the full lifecycle of metal stamping and tooling, from specification to build and qualification—ensuring consistent application of the right technologies worldwide. You'll collaborate across Strategic Sourcing, Production, and Engineering to strengthen global manufacturing alignment and tackle equipment challenges through data-driven solutions. This role will report to the Manager, Fabrication Services.
This is a hybrid role based in Milwaukee, WI.
