+ Collaborate with Project Managers to update cost forecasts, production rates, and schedule progress.
**Expectations**
+ Actively balance field engagement with office documentation, ensuring visibility across all MEP scopes.
+ Proactively identify clashes between MEP systems and structural/marine elements to protect schedule integrity.
+ Maintain strong communication with subcontractors, consultants, Navy stakeholders, and commissioning teams.
+ Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance under NAVFAC and DoD oversight.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
+ 4+ years of MEP construction experience, ideally on large-scale federal, industrial, or marine projects.
