Project Engineer Manager

Summary: Seeking a Project Engineer Manager to lead and mentor engineering teams, manage new product development processes, and ensure timely execution of engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

Four-year degree in relevant engineering field (mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing preferred) 5-10 years' experience in applicable engineering field CAD proficiency required; Solidworks experience preferred Working knowledge of ERPs (SyteLine preferred) and PLM/PDM Systems Basic knowledge of electrical controls and circuit design Experience in tolerancing, GD&T, and machine design (10-15 years)

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with conveyors and material handling systems Proven ability to innovate and contribute to IP portfolios

Responsibilities:

Manage teams in the development of new products Mentor and coach team members Develop, document, and drive usage of standard work within the team Promote best practices and industry norms Train and develop direct reports Foster collaboration within the team Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for NPD objectives Ensure accuracy of engineering deliverables such as DFMEAs and testing procedures

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
