You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. _Relocation is not offered._ This role is categorized as **hybrid** , with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote following the schedule assigned by the Manager. **What You Will Do:** + Support all phases of programs from inception through completion. + Oversee and coordinate the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines. + Be the liaison between project management, suppliers, project teams, and line management. + Work with Suppliers, work statements and specifications, operating budgets, and financial terms/conditions of contract. + Review project and budget status, manage schedules and prepare reports. + Monitor and assesses suppliers and internal project issues and works resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer- satisfaction goals and objectives. + Provide support on any Change Requests or Supplier Requests for Information tasks + Support design concepts, criteria and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration, and test. + Provides input to the integrated master schedule for project(s) **What You Will Learn:** + You will learn about our growing engineering team in Puerto Rico; What we do.
