Project Engineer II
Airswift is seeking a Project Engineer to support engineering design evaluations and ensure project execution within budget and schedule constraints. This role involves reviewing industry policies and procedures to maintain data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. The Project Engineer will provide technical support throughout the engineering process and serve as a backup to the Project Manager when required.

Responsibilities: Participate in Invitation to Tender (ITT) development, bid evaluations, and contractor selection. Support identification and sourcing of long-lead equipment, ensuring FEED contractor involvement until assignment. Facilitate creation of Functional Interaction Plans. Lead project issue resolution processes. Manage change requests and endorse change authorizations. Ensure completion of assigned work scope in alignment with project objectives. Engage with Project Team and functional groups to verify design and construction compliance with specifications and standards. Act as liaison between Project Team and Contractors. Ensure smooth transitions between project phases. Lead the Project Management Team (PMT) in applying Project Management Systems. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Experience across engineering, construction, project management, and controls. Multi-disciplinary skill set with broad knowledge of design standards, specifications, and work processes. Strong leadership, influencing, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and shifting priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
