Project Electrical Engineer (UAE National)
Sharjah, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Electrical Engineer to join our team!
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in the preparation of power distribution, ELV, and telecommunication design drawings, calculations, and documentation to required standards and quality.
Support coordination with other discipline engineers, client representatives, stakeholders, and authorities as directed by senior engineers.
Help track and coordinate project requirements and timelines with all relevant parties.
Assist in checking that statutory and regulatory requirements are considered in all designs and project deliverables.
Support the preparation and submission of documents and No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to relevant authorities.
Stay informed about relevant technical developments within the discipline and apply guidance from senior team members.
Develop an understanding of project contracts and the scope of project deliverables.
Follow company Health & Safety policies and ensure they are reflected in daily work practices.
Provide regular updates on assigned tasks, including any risks or concerns, to seniors or managers.
Support the delivery of the Aviation Division strategy, including initiatives related to sustainability.
Adhere to the Quality Management System (QMS) and Project Lifecycle procedures.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics engineering
Prior experience or internships, academic projects, or capstone projects in relevant fields
Basic knowledge of electrical/ELV design principles and relevant standards
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic experience or coursework exposure with relevant software such as AutoCAD; exposure to BIM/Revit, ETAP
Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong willingness to learn, take guidance, and develop professionally within the aviation sector.
