About the Role:
1. Quantity Take-Off & Measurement
Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings (BOQ preparation).Measure quantities of earthwork, concrete, steel, masonry, finishing works, etc.Verify quantities with tender drawings and IFC drawings.Maintain measurement sheets and records.2. Cost Estimation & Budgeting
Prepare cost estimates and project budgets.Analyze material, labour, and equipment costs.Assist in tender preparation and bid evaluation.Compare estimated cost with actual project cost.3. BOQ & Tendering
Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ).Review contractor quotations.Assist in tender documentation and contract preparation.4. Billing & Payment Certification
Prepare and verify RA bills (Running Account Bills).Check contractor and subcontractor bills.Prepare client billing and payment certificates.Track project cash flow.5. Contract Administration
Study contract agreements and technical specifications.Handle variations, extra items, and change orders.Maintain records for claims and disputes.6. Cost Control & Monitoring
Monitor project expenditure vs budget.Identify cost saving opportunities.Prepare cost reports and forecasts.7. Coordination
Coordinate with site engineers, planning team, procurement team, and contractors.Ensure quantities match site execution and drawings.8. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain BOQ records, quantity sheets, rate analysis, and cost reports.Prepare monthly progress and cost reports.About You:
