Project Engineer
About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer to support the Project Manager in delivering complex EPCIC projects, particularly within FPSO/FSO developments. This role acts as a central coordination point across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning to ensure project schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment are met.

Key Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project execution and coordination. Coordinate activities across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and Commissioning teams. Track project progress, milestones, and key deliverables against the project schedule. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and Client reporting. Manage project documentation and ensure deliverables comply with contract requirements. Coordinate internal and Client document reviews and approvals using project systems (EDMS). Identify project risks and issues early, maintain risk and action registers, and follow up on mitigation actions. Support stakeholder communication with Clients, subcontractors, vendors, and classification societies. Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and manage project correspondence. Support change management activities including variations, claims, and schedule/cost impact assessments. Requirements

Experience

3–8 years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry as a Project Engineer or Discipline Engineer. Minimum 3 years’ experience in EPCIC project management, preferably on floater projects (FPSO/FSO). Experience across engineering phases (Concept, FEED, Detailed Design) is an advantage.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Marine, Naval Engineering, or related discipline.
