About the Role:
Coordination and Supervision of the Civil, Finishing and Interior along with Infra Works.Review and approve quality of works and align the same with other work packages.Prepare records for the ongoing works and supervise work is done as per approved drawings,.General Responsibilities
Supervise, Monitor Quality for executed / on going works and report any areas where improvement is required.Assist the Project/Construction Managers in reviewing the contractor’s quality and time plans and produce recommendations.Review project plans, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure they meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.Ensure timely and effective resolution for Quality issues, in coordination with Construction Manager/Consultant/Department HeadAbout You:
8+ years’ experience on Field Execution / ConstructionExperience in delivering the project within Set Quality & Execution parameters and timelines as detailed at the start of project.Proven track record in site Quality Management for entire life cycle of a Project.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
