WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A person who has/is

At least 3 years of experience in Operations/Manufacturing department and technical educationProven project management experience and PMP education will be considered a strong plusstrong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and work effectively with different stakeholdersDemonstrate leadership experience with ability to adapt, ownership of tasks and problemsAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus on safety and quality principlesAbility to communicate complex situations clearly and effectivelyA passion for innovative ideas, eager to learn new thingsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAdvanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)Proven expertise in project management methodologies (certification / industry qualifications i.e. PRINCE2, PMP, LEAN / Six Sigma, BPM – Business Process Management, Agile) will be considered a strong plusFluent Polish and English

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

As a Project Engineer will be responsible for management of different types of manufacturing investment projects or their parts accordingly to time, cost and expected quality, specifically:

Use your knowledge and expertise to develop high quality project deliverables; (incl. contribution to business case preparation)Maintain project plans, assess, and mitigate risksCoordinate bidding process with ProcurementManage project financials, including assets capitalizationSupervise resource allocation,Monitor and report project progress,Supervise installations works on site,Coordinate qualification process of new machines/equipmentMaintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders by strict cooperation with global functions i.e CoEs, Engineering Solutions starting from feasibility study phases
