Airswift is seeking a Project Engineer to work on a permanent position with a Mining and Minerals Company in Poço de Caldas/MG. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES? 

• Responsible for project engineering that spans the spectrum of project management tasks including – planning, cost control, information management, risk management, engineering, procurement and site execution.
• Establish business and project management processes and tools for the company.
• Review engineering deliverables, drawings and datasheets from contractors.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary scopes that require alignment across process, mechanical, civil, electrical and automation teams.
• Work closely with procurement to prepare SoWs, evaluate proposals and manage pre- and post-award activities.
• Establish and run the interface management system across departments and with external contractors.
• Take ownership of multi-disciplinary scopes of work that require coordination. 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS? 

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Civil/Chemical Engineering.
• Minium of 7-10 years’ experience in related industry (construction, mining, oil and gas).
• At least 3 year’s technical experience in core engineering discipline.
• Experience in project execution and working with or for EPCM contractors is strongly preferred.
• Site experience in a hands-on role is strongly preferred.
• Fluent English
