**Job** **Summary**
+ The Project Engineer II supports the project management team in executing large-scale commercial landscape construction projects. This role works closely with the Project Manager to assist with planning, coordination, and oversight, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
**Duties and** **Responsibilities:**
+ Work with the construction team to ensure that all construction services are delivered according to contract specifications, on budget, according to schedule, and with a high standard of quality
+ Perform takeoffs using Onscreen Take-off (OST) and gather pricing for estimates
+ Review take-offs with the estimating team
+ Manage document control, including submittals, change orders, field production tracking, purchasing documentation, and contract administration
+ Prepare reports and information as requested
+ Coordinate between the branch administrative team, field employees, sales team, estimating team, and branch management regularly
+ Work closely with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and employees; ensure exceptional customer service and quality at all times
**Education and** **Experience:**
+ B.A degree in Landscape Architecture, civil engineering, or Construction Management, or equivalent work experience
+ Proficient with computer software programs, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and project management software
+ Strong work ethic
+ Effective oral and written communication skills
+ Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
+ Customer service experience
+ Bilingual (Spanish)
**Physical** **Demands/Requirements:**
+ Constant operation of a computer and other office equipment, such as a laptop, a cell phone, and printers/copiers
+ Position is sedentary; must be able to remain in a stationary position for a majority of the time
+ Operates in an office environment and requires in-person presence
**Work** **Environment:**
+ Work is conducted in a professional office environment, with a collaborative and dynamic team setting, and requires in-person presence
