Senior Manufacturing Engineer responsible for leading engineering projects, equipment implementations, and process improvements in a GMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Job Requirements
6+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering field
Experience working with manufacturing and capital equipment in GMP environments
Knowledge of pharmaceutical equipment, processes, and facility operations
Experience with Solid Oral Dose (SOD) manufacturing
Proficiency with CAD tools
Experience creating, reviewing, and maintaining SOPs
Preferred Skills
Background in process improvement or packaging engineering
Chemical engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
Job Responsibilities
Lead engineering projects related to manufacturing equipment, facilities, and processes in a GMP setting
Specify, select, and support installation and qualification of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging equipment
Develop, review, and update CAD drawings for equipment layouts, utilities, and facility modifications
Create, maintain, and improve SOPs and technical documentation for equipment operation and maintenance
Support Solid Oral Dose manufacturing processes through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Identify and implement process improvements to increase reliability, throughput, and yield
Ensure equipment and processes meet GMP, safety, and regulatory requirements
Provide technical support during equipment commissioning, validation, and routine operations
Participate in capital project planning, scope definition, and technical evaluations of vendors and equipment options
Pay: 40-60

Pay Details: $40.00 to $60.00 per hour
