Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:
· Bachelor’s in Engineering Discipline (ChemE or ME preferred)
· Previous experience in Natural Gas treating, fractionation, or processing industry
· 5+ years of combined engineering, operations, and/or project experience
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Products and Engineering Programs
Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:
The Engineer level requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 3-6 years of relevant job related experienceThe Senior Engineer level requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 6-8 years of relevant job related experienceThe Senior Engineer II level requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 8+ years of relevant job related experienceThe Staff Engineer level requires Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 12+ years of relevant job related experienceThe Principal Engineer level requires Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and 20+ years of relevant job related experience with a strong preference for a PE licenseWorking Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those encountered by an employee while performing the essential functions of this job.
· Normal office working conditions or at the project site.
· Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
· Overnight travel is required when necessary to manage projects.
· Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, extreme temperature conditions, and loud machinery and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
