This individual will serve as the project lead for production process optimization and automation initiatives, driving efficiency across operations. The Project Engineer will be responsible for planning and the procurement for large-scale capital projects. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with procurement, manufacturing, and external vendors to ensure cost-effective, high-impact solutions. Skills and Requirements Must haves: Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical/Materials/Chemical) OR associate degree in a technical field with applicable experience 2+ years of experience as an engineer Planning and designing prints for process improvement and floor layout changes Planning for multimillion dollar capital projects to help automate and create efficiencies Ability to design fixtures and tooling using Solidworks, Inventor, AutoCAD, or Catia
