Summary: Seeking a Project Engineer with experience in high temperature vacuum furnace systems, industrial machining, and advanced material processing systems.
Job Requirements:
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
3-5 years of experience in design, mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting, installation, and startup of relevant systems
Experience with operation and maintenance of high temperature vacuum furnace systems or similar
Proficiency in mechanical design and 3-D modeling (Inventor or Solidworks)
Familiarity with P&ID's and process control
Preferred Skills:
Experience with 2-D Drawings using AutoCAD
Hands-on mechanical assembly of industrial equipment
Hands-on installation of instrumentation and process control
Job Responsibilities:
Design, assemble, test, troubleshoot, install, startup, and service high temperature vacuum furnace systems
Conduct process design and technical writing
Assist customers with process troubleshooting
Manage projects from start to finish
Perform some shared administrative functions
Travel 10-20% for system installations and field service (may include international travel)
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
