Role Overview

Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all engineering work meets industry standards and client specifications. Onsite Management: Oversee project execution on-site to ensure adherence to plans and schedules.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or Instrumentation & Control Engineering. ERB Registered Engineer. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Minimum 5 years in the Oil & Gas industry. Strong background in mechanical systems, piping, steel structures, and E&I. Experience in live plant environments and pre-commissioning activities. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. MS Projects). Nice to Have PMP Certification Master’s in Engineering Management Experience managing change and multi-disciplinary projects Strong communication and leadership skills
