Job Summary: The Project Management-Engineering Analyst is a professional who specializes in the evaluation and improvement of engineering project processes. This role involves analyzing project requirements, schedules, and budgets to ensure that engineering projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The analyst works closely with project managers and engineering teams to identify potential issues, assess risks, and recommend solutions. Responsibilities: Project Management • Develop and maintain project plans. • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks. • Coordinate project team meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. • Communicate project status and changes to relevant parties. • Conduct post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement. Risk Management • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. • Monitor and assess risks throughout project lifecycle. • Communicate risks to project team and stakeholders. • Implement risk management techniques to minimize potential negative impact on project. Stakeholder Management • Identify project stakeholders and their roles and responsibilities. • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders. • Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates and changes. • Address stakeholder concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
