Join one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the country—the Midtown Port Authority Bus Terminal Redevelopment. As a Project Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of a once-in-a-generation transformation of New York City’s transportation landscape.

🛠️ What You’ll DoCoordinate field operations and subcontractor activities to ensure smooth, timely execution.Interpret construction drawings and specs; develop detailed work plans and logistics.Ensure full compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specs.Manage material takeoffs, procurement, and delivery schedules.Oversee project closeout, including financial reconciliation with subcontractors and the Owner.Maintain document control and subcontractor compliance tracking.Review and coordinate shop drawings, mockups, and scopes of work.Enforce OSHA and environmental safety standards on-site.Collaborate with QA/QC teams to resolve non-compliance issues.Identify critical path activities and long-lead procurement needs.Assist with schedule development and subcontractor coordination.Support monthly billing, cash flow forecasting, and change order processes.🎓 What You BringBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.5–10 years of experience on heavy civil infrastructure projects.Proven experience on complex projects valued at$100M+.Strong cost tracking and financial management skills.Deep understanding of construction law, contracts, and claims processes.Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.🌟 Preferred Skills & CertificationsProficiency in Procore and Primavera P6.OSHA 30certification.Experience with bridge or major transportation infrastructure is a strong plus.💼 Compensation & BenefitsSalary Range:$125,000 – $175,000/yearComprehensive Benefits Package, including:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsurancePrescription Drug CoverageHealth Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)401(k) with Employer MatchLife, AD&D, and Disability InsuranceBusiness Travel Accident InsurancePaid Vacation, Sick Leave & HolidaysEducational AssistanceLegal & Identity Theft ProtectionEmployee Appreciation Programs (e.g., birthday celebrations, appreciation Fridays)Discounted Fitness Club MembershipsPet Insurance & Cell Phone Discounts🚀 Why Join?This is more than a job—it’s a chance to be part of a legacy project that will shape how millions move through New York City.
