Key Responsibilities:
Support Sales Representatives with customer system assurance and improvement plansAssist with plant surveys and start-ups of new applicationsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders in strategic accountsProvide technical support and resolve customer pain pointsPerform system analysis and deliver written recommendationsConduct sample testing, light maintenance, and manage chemical inventoryQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Computer) OR 5+ years of HVAC/plumbing experienceStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsExperience with PLC programming (Allen Bradley preferred)Familiarity with SCADA and reporting systemsValid driver’s license requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office SuitePreferred Skills:
Experience in water treatment or specialty chemicalsKnowledge of boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater systemsMechanical aptitude and confidence working with large clientsStrong Excel skills and technical writing abilityWhy Join Us?

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $38.00/hr.
