Qualis LLC is seeking a Project Engineer to support the design, integration, and delivery of advanced technology solutions in a dynamic rapid prototyping environment at our Hunstville, AL office. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical foundation, systems-level thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in the development of cutting-edge hardware systems, such as RF, electronic, or space-related technologies.

Essential Duties:

Develops and applies advanced hardware design methods, theories, and researches techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and advanced technical problems. Leads team of subject matter experts to define technical problem and architect solutions Develops and presents technical white papers and executive level briefings. Develops program technical approach and technical roadmap Develops technical program plan, identifies technical milestones, and ensures progress against the technical objectives.
