Job Description

Project Management for Wiper Blade project according to MA PEP Guideline with focus on

Coordinate work packages across Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and QM departments.Prepare, guide, and perform project milestones such as Quality Gates and Reviews.Present project status to review teams and management.Maintaining project documents and track project KPIFoster a collaborative environment and secure cooperation from different departments.Balance between result-driven focus and sustainable processes.Monitor project progress and manage project risks and issues.Align different approaches from different countries (China, Belgium, Germany, etc.).Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional development.

Qualifications

Project Management Skills:

Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Competency and Skills:

Energetic with excellent interpersonal skills.Fluent in spoken and written English.Presentable, self-motivated, with confidence and maturity.Willing and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.Experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
