A leading industrial organization is seeking a 'Project Engineer' to support the planning, coordination, and execution of CAPEX and engineering projects within a complex production environment.

The role sits within the New Projects & Engineering function and plays a key part in delivering multidisciplinary technical projects that directly impact plant performance, efficiency, and operational capability.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the execution of CAPEX and engineering projects across multiple disciplines Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental standards throughout all project phases Develop technical specifications and engineering requirements in collaboration with internal departments Support project planning, layout development, and implementation activities (including production layouts) Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment Maintain project documentation in line with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements Monitor commissioning and qualification activities to ensure contractual and technical compliance Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution in an efficient and structured manner

 

Your Profile:

Degree in Engineering and membership of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE) 3–5 years of experience in engineering, project execution, or CAPEX-related roles Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or plant environments Strong coordination and project support experience (hands-on project involvement) Familiarity with AutoCAD (plus) Knowledge of MS Project and/or SAP (plus) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines Strong communication skills in Greek and English
