**POSITION SNAPSHOT** Location: Rayong Company: Nestlé Business Unit/Division: Technical and Production Full Time 7+ years in project engineering with a strong focus on PLC, SCADA (preferably Allen-Bradley or Wonderware), and automation systems. **A DAY IN THE LIFE…** + Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of electrical and automation (E&A) projects to ensure alignment with business goals and sustainability targets. + Drive the capital investment process, ensuring robust business cases, risk assessments, and alignment with Nestlé’s Guidelines for Capital Investment. + Ensure all engineering designs are optimized for cost-efficiency, operational flexibility, and long-term reliability by applying advanced technologies and engineering best practices. + Coordinate with production, quality, safety, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of E&A systems into factory operations. + Ensure all projects comply with local and international electrical codes, safety standards, and Nestlé’s internal guidelines. **ARE YOU A FIT?** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or related field. + Strong knowledge of low, medium, and high voltage electrical systems. + Expertise in Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC). + Familiarity with local electrical codes and international standards. + Proficiency in Instrumentation, Process Control Systems, and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). + Understanding of food processing operations and manufacturing IT systems. + Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and influence stakeholders at all levels. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal and external partners.
