Project Document Control specialist

Provides document control and information management expertise across all phases of asset lifecycle management in compliance with industry standards and internal processes.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree preferred

6–8 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Strong experience in Oil, Gas, or Refinery environments

Proficient with asset lifecycle information management (ALIM) systems

Ability to work independently under team lead supervision

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Suncor standards, systems, and tools

Knowledge of engineering documentation practices and standards

Familiarity with quality control and audit reporting

Job Responsibilities:

Provide asset information management services across multiple projects

Ensure adherence to established standards, processes, and procedures

Conduct quality checks on project asset information throughout the lifecycle

Generate routine and complex audit reports

Serve as ALIM Superuser, offering guidance and support as needed

Coordinate with engineering providers on deliverable creation, issuance, and turnover

Identify and report adverse conditions from collected data

Pay: 40-54

Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
