We're looking for a Fire Division Manager who brings the leadership, adaptability, and customer-first mindset often found in retail careers. At Paul Davis, you'll guide clients and teams through fire damage recovery with empathy and innovation.

Responsibilities:
What You?ll Do
Manage fire restoration projects with a focus on organization, timeliness, and client satisfaction

Lead crews in day-to-day operations, coaching them to provide consistent, compassionate service

Work directly with clients who may be under stress, providing clarity, reassurance, and solutions

Balance project deadlines with on-call availability, much like retail leaders who adapt to holiday or peak-season schedules

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Skills:
Experience overseeing cross-functional teams or multiple departments

Strong background in problem-solving and process improvement

Exposure to industries where crisis response or urgency was a daily factor

Education:
High School

Experience:
1-4 years

Qualifications:
Demonstrated leadership in retail management, operations, or team supervision

Ability to manage projects with competing deadlines and priorities

Empathy and clear communication skills to support clients in stressful situations

Dependability and flexibility for on-call scheduling
