Partner with the bestAs a Project Director for GaffneyCline Energy Advisory, you will be responsible for the strategic coordination and integration of multiple product lines and cross‑functional teams to advance Baker Hughes’ position in the Mature Asset Solutions space. You will establish a field management plan that drives value for both operator and service provider, acting as the focal point aligning subsurface and surface field development principles with Integrated Solutions across OFSE and IET. You will be the central figure shaping winning strategies for mature asset development projects, ensuring seamless collaboration, operational excellence, and successful project acquisition.
As a Project Director – GaffneyCline Energy Advisory, you will be responsible for:Driving a field development approach that delivers value to both operator and service provider within the planned contractual framework.
Integrating engineering—from subsurface to surface—with diverse product lines, functional teams (sales, commercial, operations, finance), and third‑party partners to deliver unified client solutions.
Developing and implementing strategies to secure high‑value field management or integrated solutions projects aligned with Baker Hughes’ long‑term goals.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, internal teams, and executive leadership to ensure collaboration and project success.
Leading, mentoring, and motivating cross‑functional teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Identifying risks related to integration and project delivery and developing mitigation plans to ensure project objectives are met.
Establishing and refining processes that streamline integration efforts, enhance efficiency, and support scalable growth.
Defining KPIs and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress, measure success, and drive continuous improvement across integrated functions, while staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Geosciences, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Bring 15+ years of experience in development support and 10+ years in asset management with oil and gas E&P operators.
Demonstrate strong project management experience with a track record of leading multi‑disciplinary teams and securing complex projects.
Have proven experience integrating multiple product lines or business functions within a large organization.
Possess exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bring strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking capabilities.
Be proficient in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
