We are seeking an experienced Project Director with a strong focus on B2B technical sales and project management. The ideal candidate will drive the full sales lifecycle—from market research to contract closure—while managing strategic relationships with developers, architects, contractors, and key partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned sales targets through direct involvement in project acquisition
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and upcoming projects
Promote the company’s services across the industry and expand market share
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for each project
Project Oversight
Supervise the commercial aspects of bidding, contracting, and implementation
Ensure smooth handover between sales and delivery functions
Monitor progress on live projects to align with commercial goals
Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Client & Partner Management
Act as the main point of contact for strategic partners (developers, architects, suppliers)
Provide feedback and consultation to clients on products and services
Manage key accounts and ensure continued client satisfaction
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all commercial documents
Leadership & Coordination
Lead internal meetings with cross-functional teams
Investigate and resolve issues or delays in sales/project processes
Support planning, reporting, and internal organization tasks when required
Operational Discipline
Ensure collection of client payments and enforce payment terms
Promote and protect the company’s brand and image in all external interactions
Maintain confidentiality of sales data, commercial figures, and client relationships
Requirements
Proven experience in technical B2B sales, preferably in construction, architecture, real estate, or related sectors
Ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder networks
Strong strategic thinking and execution capability
Fluent in Hungarian and English (written and spoken)
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently (domestic + international)
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Working Conditions
8-hour workday + 1-hour lunch break
Field visits, client meetings, trade shows, and events are part of the role
