Job Description
We are looking for a Project Designer with expertise in Revit to design projects in commercial, retail, mixed-use, science and technology, hospitality, and multi-family residential areas, with a focus on housing. The role involves managing junior staff and fostering an environment of encouragement and growth.
ResponsibilitiesDesign projects using Revit for multi-family and housing initiatives.Create renderings and construction documentation.Manage and mentor junior staff to cultivate professional growth.Contribute to the development of construction documents and design initiatives.Engage in exciting and high-profile projects in large metropolitan cities on the East Coast.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of architectural experience.Proficiency in architectural material and systems detailing.Expertise in envelope systems design.Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is preferred.Work Environment
The position is based in a Class A office space in Harbor East. While limited remote work is offered, candidates should be prepared to commute daily, with exceptions made for family, school, or quarantine needs. The office retains a mid-sized feel with growth potential, offering regular raises and bonuses based on company performance. Ownership opportunities are available for candidates at the associate level.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $37.50/hr.
