Project Delivery Manager

 Job Summary:Lead and support the Client Delivery Team to achieve client and company goals while ensuring high-quality project execution and service delivery. This fully remote role provides day-to-day leadership, supports occasional early meetings based on time zone and global meeting needs, and may require limited travel or onsite attendance for specific client meetings or audits.
 What You'll Be Doing:Lead and manage the day-to-day activities of assigned staff in line with organizational policies and applicable regulationsMentor, train, and develop team members while supporting performance management and professional growthBuild strong client relationships and serve as a liaison between sponsors, internal departments, external vendors, and project teamsEnsure studies are planned and executed in accordance with FDA, ICH, and/or EMEA guidelines and Good Clinical PracticeReport team productivity, quality, and performance metrics against contract, client expectations, and project baselines to managementParticipate in customer meetings, bid defense activities, and employee engagement initiatives that support operational successSupport a fully remote working model with flexibility for occasional early meetings, limited travel up to four times per year, and onsite attendance for specific client meetings or audits when needed
 What We Are Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences and/or related field preferredMinimum 4 years of experience in clinical trials/ hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environmentDemonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and the company systems, or equivalent experience with similar Centralized Laboratory systems preferredStrong knowledge of Project Services processes, the company laboratory processes, and/or equivalent working knowledge of central laboratory operations preferredOther equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $80,200.00 - $167,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
