JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of strategic capital projects, including brownfield expansions and complex factory upgrades. This role is critical in ensuring that investments are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards — while aligning with operational needs and stakeholder expectations.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Lead the full project lifecycle: from concept and design through to commissioning and handoverTranslate business needs into clear technical and delivery plans in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teamsManage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams (internal & external), including contractors, consultants, and OEMsDrive safety culture across all project activities; ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environmental standardsOwn project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation; ensure accurate tracking and reporting of progress, risks, and performance (e.g., S-curve, earned value)Ensure robust stakeholder engagement across factory operations, engineering, procurement, finance, and global teamsLead procurement planning in collaboration with sourcing teams, ensuring transparency, fairness, and value deliveryChampion risk management practices with proactive mitigation plansSupport digital enablement and Industry 4.0 readiness in new investments

 
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field; PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage7+ years of experience in capital project delivery, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or industrial environmentsProven experience in managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary projects with tight timelines and budgetsStrong understanding of construction safety, process/machine safety, and permit-to-work systemsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsCompetent in using project control tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, SAP, or similar)Demonstrated leadership in driving results through teams without direct authorityExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordinglyFluency in in English
