**_Patient Delivery Lead_** Global Perspectives, an IQVIA business mission is to make every patients voice heard in clinical research by recruiting patients for non-interventional and market research studies globally. This is a key role within Global Perspectives, being responsible for the successful planning, design, initiation, execution, monitoring, and ultimate success of a project. **What the role looks like** + Design effective tailor-made patient recruitment strategies based on the characteristics and requirements of each study to engage patient groups around the world + Bring together multidisciplinary teams around the world in order to engage patient groups and deliver projects successfully + Manage relationships with clients and suppliers throughout all stages of the projects + Participate and/or drive feasibility studies, supplier selection and proposals to the client + Monitor data quality, ensuring a successful project evolution and completion, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction + Oversee project delivery for key accounts and be the key project delivery contact ensuring consistent and compliant high quality delivery is provided on key account projects + Coach junior project managers, supporting in the ideation and problem solving on client projects **_Rquirements:_** + Previous experience in Project Management roles in the Market Research or Healthcare Industry (+4 years) + Strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry + Full proficiency level of English (daily work with international clients); additional languages is a bonus + Excellent communication and organisation skills + Curious with a great interest in learning in a fast paced environment + An impressive track record of achievement + Strong IT and MS Office skills This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to IQVIA’s Patient capabilities.
