Project Delivery Coordinator
At Jacobs, we’re not just building infrastructure—we’re shaping the future of mobility. We’re seeking a Project Delivery Coordinator (PDC) to join our dynamic Northwest Transportation team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the organizational backbone of our project and program delivery efforts, enabling our Project and Program Managers to focus on strategic client relationships and high-level execution. What You’ll Do As a Project Delivery Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation projects. You’ll provide essential support across project administration, communications, and coordination—helping our teams deliver with excellence. Your responsibilities will include: •Supporting the local office with any necessary tasks including but not limited to: Meeting support, Event planning and coordination, Facilities lead and Office lead support. •Supporting project and program activities in collaboration with Project/Program Managers •Managing day-to-day administrative tasks and project communications •Acting as a liaison between internal teams, sub-consultants, and clients •Generating Oracle reports and Excel-based budget summaries •Monitoring project budgets and lifecycle milestones •Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned projects •Handling confidential and proprietary information with discretion •Proactively identifying challenges and developing solutions with minimal oversight •This position may require visits to local client offices •Hybrid working schedule We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the center of project operations. •A foundational understanding of project management methodologies •Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills •The ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of staff and clients •Comfort working both independently and collaboratively •Confidence taking direction from diverse professional teams •Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Jacobs is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
