Within our organization, the Sales Support & Systems (SS&S) team’s mission is to deliver the best-in-class support to the Sales organization providing sales insights, reporting and analytics, project management, and leading business transformation opportunities.
Within SS&S, the Project Analyst role is responsible of managing projects to support driving results. It’s essential to understand and identify the channels strengths and opportunities by consulting with stakeholders and creating innovative and value-added change management, communication.

How will you make an impact in this role?
The successful candidate will act as a trusted analytics and innovation partner to Sales and Client Management teams, operating in an advisory role to identify opportunities, analyze complex variables, and shape strategies that enhance commercial performance.
This role suits a self‑starter comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing environments.
Design and implement analytical and automation solutions leveraging enterprise systems, databases, and low‑code platforms to address key business needs.Own and continuously improve reporting and analytics processes, delivering monthly reporting, ad‑hoc analysis, forecasting, and trigger‑based call models, while reducing manual effort through automation.Drive automation of recurring analytical and operational processes, improving efficiency in campaign execution, monitoring, and performance tracking.Lead execution and performance assessment of recurring and ad‑hoc sales and CRM campaigns, translating results into actionable insights.Act as the primary liaison with technical and data teams (voice, data, CRM), translating business requirements into analytical and automation use cases.Develop portfolio and business insights, identifying trends in activation, cancellation, engagement, and activity levels to support decision‑making.Deliver results across multiple initiatives, effectively prioritizing work and influencing stakeholders in changing environments.
Minimum Qualifications
B. Sc. (or equivalent) in Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering (or similar)Strong analytical background, with a minimum 4 years’ experience in analytics / MI role, sales operations or business insights roles within complex environmentsGood English language communication skills, both verbal and writtenTechnical Skills:SQL Advanced.Python.
