Job Description A customer of Insight Global is looking to bring a project cost specialist on to the team. This position will be supporting the upcoming Plant Turnaround which is a critical turnaround event and transitions into ongoing operational support. The Project Cost Specialist will focus on cost analysis, SAP cost reporting, PO creation, labor tracking, contractor management, and equipment planning. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys fast paced project work with continued long term impact. Day to day will include: - Utilize time tracking software to monitor labor hours and productivity - Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of labor, costs, and resources - Review Labor Allocations - Contractor Management: o Durations o Headcount o Managing OT o Support equipment planning and allocation tied to project and workforce needs - Perform detailed cost analysis to support project and operational decision making - Maintain and analyze cost reports within SAP - Create and manage purchase orders (POs) - Ensure all rental equipment plans are finalized and distributed Estimated pay 38-42/hr We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
