None/Not RequiredThe Collins Aerospace Digital Technology Program Management Office is currently searching for a Project Cost Analyst to join our team. The candidate will work in COBRA and SAP to manage and report project financials. Ideally, the candidate will also help solve problems and drive process improvements. This position requires technical financial and accounting skills, along with the ability to understand capital and expense guidelines. The position also requires the ability to understand how Collins Aerospace finance policies apply to current business situations.
** This is a Hybrid position in Puerto Rico, must live in Puerto Rico. **
What YOU will do:
Networks with project managers and Digital Technology Service Owners / Leaders.
Good understanding of project cost management (ETC & EAC), system tool usage, such as SAP, and Microsoft products.
Perform analysis of the project cost estimates and assumptions utilized in preparing the estimates.
Identify capital vs expense items for projects and prepare a capital authorization request when needed.
Create project investment summaries and assist project managers with variance analysis.
Work with DT finance and Collins business units to obtain actuals for projects.
Function as a professional with knowledge of industry practices and how to apply principles, concepts, and standards to resolve a range of issues. Plans own activities in accomplishing objectives under general supervision.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position. (U.S Citizen or Green Card Holder).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with COBRA and/or SAP preferred.
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Teams is preferred.

Solid time management skills - able to prioritize work and manage coinciding deadlines.
