Project Coordinator - Overall Division Support Hybrid

The operations program coordinator is a key support role for the business operations and administration of the Communication department. The position performs small project coordination and budget facilitation tasks that enable communication leaders to effectively manage their communication budget and supports the entire team for administrative needs. The role promotes and supports end to end due diligence for the purchasing and business process. Purchasing includes: upfront expense validation, contract compliance, new vendor setup, invoice processing and reporting. Admin includes: onboarding support, IS requests, org chart maintenance and department, small project and event logistics coordination. This position will work closely with the operations manager and all communication leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Financial Program Coordination, Accounting or relevant field Or equivalent combination of education and experience4 years Accounting or budget management experience. Experience in marketing or creative services, project management or program coordination
