Fully Remote (East Coast Hours Preferred)
We are supporting a global organization through a 12‑month, three‑phase standardization initiative and are seeking a Global Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join the PMO. This individual will play a critical role in driving coordination, documentation, and accountability across global workstreams.
Position OverviewThe Global Project Coordinator / Project Manager will support a high‑visibility transformation program involving key international stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, detail‑oriented, and experienced in supporting large, complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesAttend project meetings and capture detailed notes, decisions, and action itemsTrack deliverables, milestones, risks, and follow‑up items across global teamsDrive accountability with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are metMaintain project plans, RAID logs, governance documents, and status reportsSupport PMO processes, project documentation, and standardization effortsHelp coordinate communication and deliverables across multiple time zonesPartner with project leads to support progress through each phase of the programPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting global programs, operational standardization efforts, or ERP rolloutsStrong background in project coordination or project managementExcellent organizational, communication, and documentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and follow up with stakeholders effectivelyPMP certification is a plus, but not requiredJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
