Hybrid – Marlborough, MA (1–2 Days Onsite Per Week)
We are supporting a global organization through a 12‑month, three‑phase standardization initiative and are seeking a Global Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join the PMO. This individual will play a key role in coordinating program activity, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring accountability across global workstreams.
Position OverviewThe Global Project Coordinator / Project Manager will support a large, highly visible transformation effort involving cross‑functional teams located across multiple regions. The ideal candidate excels at organization, communication, and structured follow‑through.
ResponsibilitiesAttend project meetings and capture accurate notes, decisions, and action itemsTrack deliverables, milestones, risks, and dependencies across global teamsDrive stakeholder follow‑up to ensure commitments and timelines are metSupport PMO governance, documentation, reporting, and standardization processesMaintain project plans, RAID logs, status updates, and core program artifactsSupport coordination and communication across teams in multiple time zonesPartner with project leads to ensure progress through each program phasePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting global programs, business standardization initiatives, or ERP implementationsStrong background in project coordination or project managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail, organization, and documentation disciplinePMP certification is a plus, but not requiredJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Marlborough, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
