Please note, this is a field based and home role which will require the post holder to travel across our logistics fulfilment network as and when required. 

What you'll do

Collaborate with the project manager to meticulously plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery. Monitor project progress and deadlines, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations to keep projects on track. Prepare project documentation, detailed project plans, insightful status reports, and accurate meeting minutes. Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration between project team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to foster alignment and drive project success. Track project resources ensuring each project has the right level of SME support whilst managing multiple projects. Champion effective risk management and issue resolution strategies, promptly escalating and resolving any challenges to minimise project disruptions and maintain momentum. Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices by actively supporting the implementation of best practices and process enhancements. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Track project progress and update stakeholders on milestones and deliverables. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in project coordination or a related field. Solid understanding of logistics systems and supply chain processes. Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with strong attention to detail. Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with project management methodologies and tools is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
