Job Description
We are seeking a Beta Program Coordinator to ensure the successful execution of our beta plan. This role involves creating and obtaining approval for homework and surveys, managing tools to distribute these to the Beta audience, facilitating communication with Beta users, responding to issues reported by them, consolidating duplicate issues, and providing actionable bug reports for engineering. Additionally, the candidate will provide daily and weekly Beta status reports.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute beta testing activities across multiple cohorts.Manage feedback loops: collect, triage, and report on tester feedback.Support issue management: monitor Slack channels, reproduce issues, and file bugs in Jira.Generate reports: daily/weekly summaries using Quip, Compass, or alternative tools.Coordinate surveys: build, send, and track survey responses.Assist with international expansion, especially in LATAM, as new countries come online in early 2026.Essential Skills
Proficiency in beta coordination, data analysis, and Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.Experience with categorization and basic analysis of data sets, providing recommendations and process improvements.2+ years of project/program management and stakeholder management experience.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with tools such as Slack, Quip, Compass, and Jira.Understanding in beta testing within Amazon Devices or similar environments.Strong project coordination and issue triage skills.Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities.Bonus: Familiarity with embedded systems, e-commerce flows, or hardware/software integration.Work Environment
Work is conducted onsite in Redmond five days a week. The team is involved in running external beta testing for Kuiper’s hardware and software, managing multiple hardware SKUs, coordinating internal employee testing, and preparing for broader beta testing. The work involves building out a lab in Silverstone and supporting global demos in locations like Munich, Melbourne, and Redmond, while developing a connectivity platform with AWS/private connectivity.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
