Job Description Key job responsibilities - Create and maintain project plans for all aspects of the translation workflow. - Create projects and perform other administrative tasks in Amazon’s translation management system. - Provide first-level support and manage expectations with translation customers, vendors, and partners. - Organize files and manage pre-translation file preparation. - Facilitate reviews and ensure feedback is properly saved to translation memories. - Identify and support improvements to processes or tools where needed. - Contribute to a positive team culture that focuses on doing great work while learning and growing.
